How can you change it up?You'll be joining one of our busiest teams, providing 3rd line support to our technical teams on range of IT related technical queries, working efficiently to resolve these issues and incidents. In this role, you'll cover the South East of the UK, so there will be travel required to our CityFibre locations within that area.

Some of your key responsibilities include:
  • Installing, maintaining, and managing the local office network equipment across our offices
  • Resolving issues escalated by the 2nd line team from ongoing incidents or logs
  • Setting up the monitoring of key systems as they deploy, through alerts to the service desk
  • Configuring and deploying routers and networking equipment at new and existing sites
What will you bring to the role?This is a busy and technical role, so it's important that you have an excellent knowledge of networking, cabling installation, routing, VPN tunnelling, switch installation, configuration, monitoring and support. See below some of the other core technical requirements we need;
  • Microsoft Office 365 administration
  • Azure AD
  • Mac OS
  • PowerShell
  • ITIL framework
  • Ticketing systems such as FreshService
  • On Site Installation of Firewalls and Access Points
  • New Site IT Infrastructure Deployment
You'll also need to have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a wider team in order to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues.
