Frazer-Nash's Marketing Communications Team works with its key business stakeholders to help create a positive view of the organisation externally. We work alongside our internal clients to support their PR, marketing and communications activities.
By aligning our activities with our vision and values, and the company-wide and business unit business plans, we play a strategic role in helping to develop, support and sustain a positive reputation for the business within its internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting to the PR and Communications Manager, the New Media Advisor and Webmaster is designed to help make a real difference to how we support and develop our digital marketing, web and video programme; and is integral to our aspirations to deliver more engaging and interactive content across all our channels.
The successful applicant will take ownership of Frazer-Nash's external website. Working with team members and internal stakeholders, you'll be responsible for working with our external supplier to manage ongoing developments, as well as writing, reviewing and publishing new content that helps deliver an exceptional visitor experience. The successful applicant will be trained to use our bespoke version of our content management system.
For social media, you'll work alongside colleagues to build on our ongoing success - publishing updates and delivering targeted organic and sponsored campaigns in support of a wide range of market sector objectives.
As part of an experienced and creative team, you'll spearhead our involvement in video for our website, online events, exhibition and client presentations. You'll help determine the scope of our activities; recommend how we deliver a first-class service to the wider business; and manage video projects in support of our market sector goals.

With a qualification in communications, marketing or digital/new media, you'll have experience of content management, social media and new media production, in a similar role.
With an exceptional level of computer literacy, your experience will enable you to translate business goals into strategic online communications programmes; and you'll possess the technical skills to project manage and deliver website, social media and video projects that engage and inspire our audiences.
With strong writing, typographic and layout skills, coupled with attention to detail, you'll have experience of:
- web publishing, using Umbraco or other industry standard content management system (CMS)
- photo editing, using Adobe Creative Suite's Photoshop or similar program
- story boarding, script development, and production project management for professional video and short films
- social media campaigns, particularly LinkedIn
- search engine optimisation and website/social media metrics.
It is to your advantage if you meet any or all the following additional requirements:
- Experience of html, infographics, animation, or video editing to a professional standard
- Advanced CMS skills
- Graphic design
- PR/communications planning
- Supplier negotiations
