Field Services Technician
£25,000 Per Annum
Field Services Technician to join leading Microsoft Partner. This is an opportunity for an experienced Technician to invest in their personal growth, working with a proactive company that values personal development.
The ideal candidate will take a methodical approach to problem resolution and come from a background in field services or service desk support.
Some of what you will be doing:
· Investigating, resolving, and escalating customer tickets.
· Implementing Software Installations and Hardware Configurations.
· Meeting client expectations through the management of SLA's.
· Providing technical support to multiple users.
Your skills and experience will include:
· 1+ Years Experience in Field Services or Service Desk Support Environment.
· Strong Experience working with DNS Services and AD
· Experience installing and configuring Firewalls, Routers and VPN's.
· Experience working with Group Policy, both creating and troubleshooting.
It would be great if you also had:
· Experience with Cisco or Sonicwall.
· Experience with Citrix Xenapp or Netscaler.
