The&Partnership and client
We have recently started working with one of the largest FMCG groups in the world, Mars. Appointed as Global Tier 2 agency of record for their confectionary brand portfolio and covering all markets across the globe, we will be responsible for content.
Content spans all channels and scopes but will focus mainly on Social Content and E-Commerce Content with a view to also expanding into Search & Sites in the not too distant future.
Our remit is wide and we will be building dedicated hubs across the world as we deepen the team throughout 2022.
It's an exciting time for both the brand and the agency, a huge growth opportunity and ideal for candidates who want to build the account and approach together with the leaders of the business.
As a Senior Content Strategist, you'll work with an ever-growing team of talented Social Managers, Designers, E-Commerce experts and Media Planners, leading the way and setting the direction. You'll embrace the differences between building brands and converting sales and pull them together in strategic and organisational thinking across the consumer journey.
You'll help the team to grow across the challenges of new brands and new markets, helping to not only follow best practice, but to better it wherever possible.

Skills and Experience Required:
• Integrated marketing experience with a particular focus on digital & social content
• Being a strategic partner to the clients and key brand guardian across all touchpoints
• Using a wide variety of data-sources to construct strategies
• Experienced with large complex accounts
• Strong and rigorous strategic storyteller
• Experience of FMCG, F&B or confectionary would be a bonus
• Collaborative team player
• Curious about people, technology, brands, design and business
• Self-starting and proactive
• Able to balance a strong point of view with an ability to listen, learn and adapt
• Solution and results focused
• Calm under pressure and curious
