DevOps Engineer - AWS Landscape, Up to £75K!

One of the UK's leading comparison websites is currently underway with a large transformation programme across their tech hub to help provide better service to its customers, speeding up innovation with a centralised platform practice to improve their PAAS offering, as such is searching for a DevOps Engineer to help play a key role in the build and drive of the latest solutions.

The successful applicant will be responsible for working with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, work alongside tech leads to create new innovative solutions using the company's tech stack (AWS, Kubernetes) and building scalable and reliable CI / CD pipelines. This market leader is also looking for a DevOps Engineer to keep up with the latest technology and make suggestions where applicable, to ensure they are also up to date with the latest tech.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented DevOps Engineer to work for a forward-thinking tech organisation, playing a vital role in developing their PAAS solutions, offering great progressing both technically and strategically.

The role is split between home and office, based in Manchester with great flexibility between 2/3 days at home per week. The organisation has signed off between £65,000 to £75,000 plus excellent benefits.

Requirements

- Min 3 years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer preferably on an AWS landscape, familiar with EC2, VPC, Lambda.

- Ability to create and build scalable CI/CD pipelines using a variety of different technologies.

- Proficient in coding, preferably Ruby, Python or Golang.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
