Process Analyst, Perm role up to £60K, London - WFH available

Fuse are working with a FTSE 100 organisation to recruit a Process Analyst into a newly formed team. This role will play a part in a major Technology update led by highly experienced Process Director

This role will support the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation. The successful candidate will play an important role in helping to build a culture of sustainable process change through the creation and embedding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and the supporting framework, to deliver business process transformation.

Responsibilities will include;

· To support process improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies

· To facilitate Lean Six Sigma process improvement workshops to drive ideas and solutions

· To support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working

· To elicit requirements and drive process change using document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, business analysis and workflow analysis

· To work with other team members and business services departments to devise new support material based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems enhancements

· To complete post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects

Skills required

· Implementation of process automation and RPA

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Visio, Excel and PowerPoint

· Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams
