My client is one of the biggest success stories in the growing fintech ecosystem. Over the last 7 years, they've scaled from 50 people to 1,000+ and are now one of the major players in the credit / payment ecosystem.
This is a senior level role reporting into the Marketing Director, responsible for leading a team of 10. You will be responsible for the strategy and end to end delivery of journeys, build automations and notifications, including email, SMS and push notification.
You will be the Product Owner of Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, with accountability for customer communication delivery, functionality, technical architecture and solutions across Commercial, Operation and Collection.
You will manage all operational risk and governance around SF platform and digital comms suppliers including supplier management, risk register, audits, controls, process and incident management.
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate a significant track record working in CRM / with Salesforce and have operated at a leadership level already. Demonstrable stakeholder management skills are key; and a track record in financial services would also be very helpful.
