This is a Kickstarter Scheme position (candidate must be aged between 16-24 and on, or have applied for, Universal Credit).
The role includes
- managing communications with potential and existing customers
- answering emails and resolving their problems
- working with the CEO to grow the business
- planning and creating social media content
- monitoring the social media accounts and interact with customers
Additionally, you will analyse and evaluate the response to the campaigns to create a long-term social media strategy for MathSpire. You will gain experience at negotiating and marketing a business to possible partners and become proficient in customer interaction and at resolving client problems.Requirements
The ideal candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with an eye for detail in terms of spelling and grammar. This is important to maintain professional client interactions.
They must have an ability to work and make decisions independently is also important for resolving client issues. The applicant must also have a high level of integrity, respect, and responsibility. Finally, it is beneficial for the applicant to be creative in devising new strategies to grow the business.Benefits
