We provide both early intervention and preventative mental health care solutions to our clients. To date we've delivered over 27,000 minutes of therapy and coaching to our clients. We are growing fast and are working with large companies.

As our Digital Marketing Intern you will play a vital role in building InsideOut's online brand presence using a variety of platforms to get the message out that InsideOut is here to help employees access timely mental health care support.

About YouWe have big growth plans and are looking for someone who is driven and motivated to take InsideOut to the next level. You will be motivated to use social media to build InsideOut's online brand presence and passionate about using social media to do that. We're seeking to work with someone who is creative and innovative in their approach and wants to help change the future of workplace mental health.

  • Create a social media strategy for building our online brand presence
  • Optimise our company pages to increase visibility of the company's social content
  • Suggest SEO improvements on our website and run Google Ad word campaigns
  • Ensure our blog adopts SEO best practices
  • Build our brand presence and awareness via social channels including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Design and develop engaging, creative, innovative, beautiful daily content in the form of photos, written posts, audio clips and videos that builds meaningful connections and drives up our social media followings
  • Engage with other posts, like, commenting and following notable influencers in a range of sectors
  • Create a list of and approach influencers, copywriters and other content creators to partner with
  • Analyse social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
  • Work with other departments to develop social media announcements coinciding with new product releases, new customer announcements and other company news
  • Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media space
  • Moderate all user generated content in line with our moderation policy
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
RequirementsYou will have/be
  • Proven working experience in managing social media accounts
  • Excellent, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A creative eye for designing beautiful, engaging content
  • Proficient working knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Proficient use of social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer and Planoly
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Proficient use of design tools such as Canva, Adobe In Design, Photoshop and Audition
  • A positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
  • The ability to work on your own using your initiative as well as part of a team
  • A degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations or related field
  • Fluent in English
  • Literate in Google's suite of tools and Microsoft programmes
  • Competitive pay dependent on experience
