Account Manager - Print and Digital

Empire Design is an award-winning creative agency founded in 1996. Based in London and New York, we specialise in creating advertising campaigns for a wide range of International and US Film, TV and Streaming clients.

Key relationships

Managing Director, Creative Director, Senior Designers, Production Designers, Head of Press, Account handling team including Junior Account Handlers

Purpose of role

An account Manager who can hit the ground running and help maintain and grow our existing relationships with key Film and Streaming clients.

Description of duties

Working collaboratively with designers and account managers to guarantee projects meet all deadlines.

Managing multiple creative design, print and digital campaigns simultaneously from early campaign conception through to production.

Managing campaign budgets and ensuring projects are delivered to budget.

Ensure that all campaign content adheres to style and logo guidelines, creative requests, as well as finalised design plans throughout the campaign

General administrative tasks, including raising PO's, booking couriers and keeping databases up to date

Person Specification

3-5 years of direct experience managing creative design, print production and digital production campaigns.

Knowledge of creative and production functions to ensure that campaigns are set and managed appropriately.

Ability to work extremely well under pressure, adapt to changing deadlines and priorities whilst maintaining the highest professional standards.

Strong interpersonal skills, a friendly and engaging manner and the confidence to deal with a variety of characters.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

Excellent time management and attention to detail skills with the ability to work on multiple campaigns at once;

Expertise in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) on Mac;

Experience working with photographers and printers would be a bonus but not essential.

Experience working across, Out of Home, Digital Out Of Home, POS, & Digital Display.

The ability to remain discreet and work on highly confidential campaigns, understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality at all times.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday with the salary on offer commensurate with skills and experience. The role is based in Marylebone, London.
