A Distribution Account Manager
is responsible for managing the end-to-end theatrical content distribution delivery process in the UK / Ireland & International, ensuring that distribution content arrives safely on site with no black screens!
You will work closely with Electronic Support, Fulfilment, Data IO and the Client Services department to plan all content releases ensuring all content is delivered via the most efficient and cost effective method available.
You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of support to exhibition and will support Distributors (MPS clients) in release planning and bookings management.
The Distribution Account Manager
will be technically proficient in troubleshooting electronic content delivery software and will work with physical and electronic delivery managers/teams to ensure sound capacity, inventory and demand planning.

will hold key working relationships directly with clients alongside the client services team to ensure that our client's needs are serviced. You will be excellent at time management and have outstanding customer service skills. Specific Responsibilities:
- Capacity and Demand Planning
Managing the distribution demand planner and working closely with the client services team and clients to ensure that the demand for MPS distribution services is captured in advance.
Being the first line of contact for all distribution queries and orders from clients. Managing client expectations, and regularly updating clients with order progression. Take the lead in building and maintaining a strong relationship with your assigned client while supporting other team members when needed.
Managing end to end ordering process for all Distribution orders. Translating order requests from calls/emails into appropriate MPS systems. Working with appropriate teams (Client Services, Electronic Support, Fulfilment, Finance and Asset Management) and third party vendors to ensure orders are processed and billed correctly. Ensuring both you and the client are aware of all new developments that may occur in the life cycle of a project/order while ensuring that the most efficient and cost effective methods of distribution are utilized and SLAs maintained.
Communicating the changing levels of demand and working with MPS teams and working with distributors to best manage orders and timelines for delivery to distributor requirements and to plan capacity accordingly.

Reviewing invoices before they are sent to clients, ensuring all orders have been billed in a timely manner. Leasing with the financial team for any queries or issues. About You Key Experience:
- Previous experience working with an order management system
- 3 years working in a client/customer facing role
- Microsoft Office Suite
- 5+ GCSE's
- Logical thinker
- Confident Communicator
- Excellent time management and prioritisation
- Works well within a team and has leadership qualities
- Ability to adapt to new IT softwares and systems
