We are searching for a visionary Product Marketing Lead to join a rapidly growing cybersecurity startup based in London. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Product Marketing Lead will be responsible for market positioning, building a team, creating and executing a compelling strategy that tells the right story to the right target B2B audience.   • Understand the market (pain points, market landscape, competitiveness, etc.) and help product management shape the product
  • Define how the go to market efforts of the company articulate its product value to the market
  • Drive and define product marketing strategy to align short-term success with long-term product vision and strategy
  • Develop and maintain an overarching narrative for the platform, ensuring that the narrative connects the individual products into a cohesive story
  • Develop the sub-narrative/value proposition for each current and future products, including development of key messaging for customer-facing content and internal sales enablement materials
  • Work closely with product & front-line teams (marketing, sales, and customer success) to define and execute launch plans for new products & features
  • Drive creation of all product-related collateral, including product demos, product overview documents, battle cards, sales training and enablement materials, decks etc.
  • Drive the delivery of content that enables the sales and leadership team to tell the product story to media, customers, investors, and analysts
  • Partner with product team to conduct market and competitive analysis, customer segmentations, personas, buyer and customer journeys
  • Actively monitor the competitor landscape to identify opportunities and threats, feeding into product strategies and go to market efforts
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of all product marketing efforts for optimisation, budgeting and management
  • Work cross functionally and experiment on improvements to key sales and retention levers across the full customer journey. Measure, tweak, refine, and report back accordingly
Skills And Background
  • Product and/or growth marketing experience within SaaS or tech companies
  • Knowledge in general marketing skills, ideally a T-shaped marketer
  • Experience developing and implementing Product-led growth, with strong understanding of the product life cycle
  • Proven track record of successful product launches including crafting compelling positioning, messaging, and content to support marketing and sales teams
  • Ability to collaborate and support on cross-team projects, including win/loss analysis, market analysis, marketing collateral scoping, and internal enablement sessions
  • Hands-on execution between strategic planning and ideation
  • Guided by analytics, you show a real flair for understanding data, patterns and trends, using them to inform your actions
  • Strong project management, critical and analytical thinking
  • Work well in a fast-paced team environment while having a focus on quality, and good attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Atlassian's Jira and Confluence is preferred
