Blooming Artificial is the UK's leading online retailer of artificial plants, trees and flowers. With a growing range of unbelievably realistic faux plants and a blooming market, we're looking for an ambitious digital marketing executive to join our team.

The successful candidate will be a driven self-starter, who can liaise with internal and external colleagues to deliver above average ROI from digital marketing campaigns. We're particularly interested in candidates who are keen to work within a small organisation where they can have a tangible impact.

  • Maintaining and continuously improving digital paid ad accounts
  • Managing all aspects of paid ads, from research and planning, account audits and restructuring, to budgeting
  • Writing and editing engaging and effective on-brand copy across all mediums
  • Working collaboratively across the company to build effective, joined up marketing campaigns

About you
  • 2+ years in PPC focused digital marketing role
  • Finger on the pulse of all things digital - with a specific eye on future opportunities in the paid space
  • An evidenced background successfully delivering paid search campaigns
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal skills
  • A strong understanding of search engine optimisation
  • Comfortable and experienced with:
  • Google Ads / Google Ads Manager (optional)
  • o Bing Ads
  • o Facebook / Instagram Ads
  • o Merchant Centre
  • o Experience with other CSS
  • o A/B testing and experiments
  • o Microsoft office (specifically Excel)
  • o Content management systems
