WeAre8 is transforming the $450B global digital ad ecosystem, bringing a transparent, sustainable and more effective solution to the market. As a certified B-Corp, WeAre8 has reinvented the way brand video ads are delivered to target audiences in a more cost efficient and effective way - all while making significant social impact. The business is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Group Agency Director to help super-charge awareness of the platform in market and revenue growth within the UK.

This person will be reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer as well as working closely with the Client Success team. If you are a proactive and motivated sales person who loves the idea of working for a progressive and purposeful world class brand then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities

- Own and deliver the sales strategy for an agreed agency patch in collaboration with the CRO

- Develop, maintain and manage key relationships across all departments and levels within your agency patch (eg from CSO to buying managers)

- Forecast weekly, monthly, and annually

- Produce quarterly business reviews

- Consistently achieve revenue targets

- Work with the CRO to establish agency trading deals and agreements and review these annually

- Support the CRO in developing market leading sales collateral and case studies

- Monitor campaign performance, react fast when campaigns are underperforming and develop strategies to improve results

- Support the CRO and wider sales team with pitching directly to clients

- Support a culture of inclusion and positivity, and commitment to a personal growth mindset

- As the team grows, there may also be people management responsibilities

Experience and core skills

- 10 years+ media experience

- BA/BSc degree

- An interest in and passion for social media and consumer-marketing

- Advanced PowerPoint skills

- Superior written and verbal communication skills

- A natural networker / connector

- Strong negotiation skills

- Resourcefulness (do more with less)
