Job Title - Data Insight Analyst

Salary- £35,000 - £40,000 plus Benefits

Location- Fully Remote

Our rapidly growing client is looking for a Data Insight Analyst to work on their team.

Responsibilities:

• Building strong stakeholder relationships in order to understand business challenges and

collaboratively drive creative solutions

• Creating dashboards & reports that provide actionable insights for departments across the

business

• Managing & maintaining the suite of existing reports, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with

users

• Analysing our clients business and their software in order to assist with enhancements

• Detailing client requirements and devising ideas for custom dashboards to monitor their KPIs via

Tableau

• Briefing the Tableau developers on the requirements for said custom dashboards

• Researching and devising innovative statistical models for data analysis

• Collaborating with product design and engineering to develop an understanding of needs

• Communicating findings to all stakeholders

• Enabling smarter business processes and implementing analytics for meaningful insights

• Keeping current with technical and industry developments

• Communicating knowledge, insight and recommendations in a way that is clear, succinct and

action orientated

Qualifications and experience:

Required:

- Min. 2 years experience working in a similar role

- Tableau BI experience

- Previous experience in a Software business

- Technology skills with a good aptitude for learning new software

- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel

- Experience of developing and delivering analytics dashboards and reporting

- Quick learner

- Good written and communication skills to talk about software in a non technical way

- Resilient with the ability to problem solve

- Ability to co-operate with a variety of people and achieve results

- Excellent time management and organisation skills

- Willingness to travel

Benefits and Contract Highlights

• Pay £35,000-40,000 per annum based on experience

• Place of work Home office.
