WUKA has been rapidly growing since its founding in 2018 with its first in the world Period Pants that sustainably replace disposables, like pads and tampons. This role is reporting into the founders and responsible for leading the brands growth online as we scale our product range and reach both domestically and internationally. You will manage a dynamic combination of a small in-house team and leading startup DTC agencies to imagine and execute WUKA's growth marketing strategy.

The mission

Owning, tracking and reporting customer behaviour through the full funnel, you'll know your pirate metrics inside out and how we use them to grow.

Setting iterating the strategy for customer acquisition and retention across the various brand touch points

Managing the in house digital marketing, content, email, influencer marketing and organic social teams and the agencies we work with for performance marketing and PR.

Support the leadership team with the setting and monitoring of all departmental budgets

About you:

Minimum 6+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience particularly on the execution side of paid social & digital marketing, you're technically literate with key ad platforms and stay close to the new strategies and tools for winning on these channels.

Have significant experience in a similar role in an agency, eCommerce startup or scaled ecommerce brand.

Have experience managing a team, high performing agencies and working with senior leadership

Be comfortable working in a startup environment: working lean and quickly, using data, being hands on and willing to get your hands dirty and working well both autonomously and collaboratively

You'll likely mentor in spare time or professionally and keep on top of all the trends in channel usage and technologies that leverage them.

Be highly numerate, attentive to detail and analytically minded

Be driven, ambitious and solution oriented

Be excellent in excel / tableau

Studio space is in St Albans but may relocate within Hertfordshire in the next year.
