A fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal secretary/PA to join our busy and successful practice. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, dedicated, take pride in their work and have the ability to conduct themselves in a professional and friendly manner. Excellent communication skills and first-class client care are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Audio typing - notes, letters, emails and briefs for three 3 fee earners
  • Answering the telephone and taking accurate messages
  • Greeting clients and seeing to the overall appearance of the office
  • Scheduling appointments and managing fee earners' diaries
  • Filing and maintaining of physical and electronic files
  • Dealing with the post and ordering stationary
  • Data input for accounts
  • General administrative duties



Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 12 months experience as a legal secretary
  • Touch typist with minimum of 60 wpm
  • Experience working in a criminal department is desirable
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills with attention to detail
  • Professional and friendly demeanour
