Job Details

I seek a Senior Developer who would like to spend 80% of their time coding whilst supporting the business with product and process planning and stakeholder management.

This is one of the most reputable software houses in the region, which can offer the stability of a large multinational organization with the slick ease of a process of a smaller organization when it comes to technical decisions. Remaining stable throughout lockdown 1.0 they are now recording record profits as they work within sectors that have been positively affected by the pandemic.

They have multiple teams across Development, Test, Dev-Ops, and mobile teams, there offer plenty of chances for upwards and sideways career progression. For example, a graduate who joined the business 3 years ago is now leading a team. Career progression can be team lead, management, or as a senior technical team member, it depends on the individual.

If you are someone with enterprise-grade Node experience who loves tech, can make recommendations, is dedicated to learning with a passion for delivering high standards. You will be given the opportunity to have autonomy and take control of projects, with full ownership of future greenfield products.

The opportunity allows for lots of cross-learning amongst some of the most talented people in the region in a CI/CD environment with an automatic Dev-Ops pipeline, where they strive for constant improvement.

Their teamwork is second to none and everyone supports each other, a great example of this is people on a Saturday morning of their own back to help another team with a product release. This type of going above and beyond does not go unrecognized by the business, from organizing social events such as rock climbing and Yoga to 'bake off's and daily free breakfasts, the sense of team and reward is evident.
