Our Analysts are on the front lines, working closely with commercial, marketing, and product partners to optimise our customer journey.

You WillThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to help us investigate opportunities and deliver insights into the different areas of the business that Analytics work with.
  • Provide data-driven insight and recommendations which drive commercial value
  • Suggest, develop and analyse experiments on both improving the customer experience and on marketing campaigns
  • Communicate technical results effectively to a variety of audiences, including those with a non-technical background
  • Be very hands on with our data warehouse, querying it directly and providing feedback to the other data teams on enhancements and improvements
  • Have opportunities to build upon your technical skills such as programming and statistics
  • Constantly learn through personal reflection, development cycles, and a diverse range of projects
RequirementsYou are unique, just like our products, but here are some of the aspects we're looking for in this role:

A mindset focused on learning and growing

Skills communicating to a variety of audiences

Analytical with a good understanding of customer behavior

Comfortable working with data with different types and granularity, ideally querying via SQL

Able to plan their own time effectively while also being adaptable to change

Capable of quantifying customer behaviour and converting to insights

What You Will Bring - Essential Skills And Experience
  • Experience using data to effectively inform decisions
  • Ability to break down complex problems into smaller solvable parts
  • Hands on experience writing SQL, and ideally with analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker)
  • Ability to create clear visualisations to aid storytelling
  • University degree in a numerate discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • General business acumen
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with peers
What you will bring - desirable skills and experience, but not essential:
  • Knowledge and experience of the tools we use (namely Snowflake, and Python / R)
  • English speaking with an ability in French, German or Spanish language
