Job Description
  • Lead the Marketing Operations Global Business Services (EMEA and APAC) team as a strategic partner to the Line of Business General Manager, Marketing leadership, Demand and Digital teams
  • Engage with the Marketing Programs Team and inform them of best practices regarding campaign creation, performance and tactic mix
  • Lead planning and best practice processes - delivering templates, training, capabilities to ensure go-to-market execution
  • Develop and manage the end-to-end marketing program lifecycle (e.g. Marketo, Google Analytics, Salesforce, ON24, and more)
  • Create emails, landing pages, forms, and reports within the marketing automation platform (MAP), including templates
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, and programs/campaign ROI
  • Monitor Email deliverability metrics including IP address health, bounce rate, and spam reports
  • Manage data to ensure market coverage and clarity regarding the ICP
  • Support contact acquisition and coverage strategies
  • Deliver lists, recommend audience builds and guide targeting for campaigns and tactics
  • Ensure data quality working with Marketing Technology teams and IT
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness metrics related to tactics and programs from end to end
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the Demand Programs Teams
  • Activate and optimize the business process for marketing - support the Marketing team to run better and leverage technology for scale
  • Liaise with Marketing Operations team members on exciting new projects

Required Skills
  • Degree in Marketing, or equivalent
  • People management experience
  • Knowledgeable of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Pardot
  • Knowledge of B2B Marketing concepts such as SiriusDecisions or Revenue Marketing
  • Ability to optimise data use, business processes and system collaboration
  • Excellent with project/time management skills and the able to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge and experience with Web-based software, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce and Google Analytics
  • Team player with outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required
  • High level of attention to detail is essential; must be metrics-driven and results-oriented with demonstrated analytical skills
