Job Details

In the role of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive, your duties shall work around the development and deliverance of TOWER's CRM strategy. TOWER boasts a busy CRM calendar of which you shall be responsible for executing successfully across various high-traffic customer touch points, including but not limited to; email, SMS, web-push and on-site output platforms. This role will cover our new footwear product from all TOWER-stocked brands, curating campaigns aimed at driving engagement with email-based KPIs in sight and revenue success using analytical thinking gained through previous role experience. Your goal is to win and maintain customers, playing a key role in personalising communications inline with our consumer database over a cohesive use of CRM insights, current technologies and best industry practice. To maintain trust in TOWER services, consistency, a passion for data and an eye for detail shall be paramount

Your Duties

• Be accountable for the day-to-day production of multi-channel communications whilstmensuring results are delivered in a timely manner. You shall scope out project requirements and brief creative and content teams

• Using your wealth of consumer knowhow to strategise, create, test and manage CRM workflows in order to automate legitimate customer lifecycle journeys

• Highlighting areas of the process that would benefit from improvements to make TOWER's overall process of creation more efficient

• Have a keen eye in identifying new opportunities for automated CRM programmes. You'd be expected to brief TOWER's digital content creation whilst working with a wider marketing team in bringing dynamic programs to life

• Implementing calculated measures to reinvigorate our customer base through reactivation of lapsed or dormant customers - this works alongside recommending plans for divesting old, now-unusable data In any role, job and environment, you'd be expected to fulfil a tasks quota in order to fulfil the brand's needs - as for the role of CRM please see below:

• Build solid relationships with cross functional teams embedded within TOWER's marketing department, enable a consistently successful deliverance of projects

• An ability to examine past campaigns with ease, highlighting key periods of trade for CRM performance evaluation then make recommendations as to how improvements can be made

• Support TOWER's marketing team in developing proven test and learn strategies to optimise effectiveness. All insight gained is to be fed or reported upon, in order to create a continuous

• process of testing and refinement

• Developing a proven multi-touch, multi-channel communications strategy spanning emails, SMS, push notifications, digital marketing outputs and other relevant channels

• Visual reporting of CRM activities on both a weekly and monthly basis, underlining areas of positive outcomes and solutions to short falling

The Essentials

To be seen as an ideal role candidate, TOWER would be looking for the following traits, skills and qualifications:

• CRM roleexperience withinan agency or retailerenvironment

• Deployment experience using email broadcast tools

• A basic though competent understanding of HTML

• Experience with analytical platforms

• An ability to work under your own initiative, occupying an independent retailer rife withopportunityand achievement

• Must be able to operationally multi-task in an effective, productive manner - running multiple high-profilepaths at once

• Excellent communication skills; an ability to convey clear and effective instructionbased tasks with colleagues, suppliers or external contacts working at all levels

• Effectively prioritise workload in a manner that shall reap the best results for TOWER

• Experience in troubleshootingthat may be faced in day-to-day trade

• Strong, irreputable attention to detail that hinders neither quality or accuracy
