Senior FP&A Analyst | £60K - £70K + share incentives
  • Multi-site scale-up with digital division

  • Advanced financial modelling skills required


Reporting to the FD, you'll own the FP&A function of this highly rated scale-up who has just secured more funding. You will lead the 5-year strategic model across multiple countries, and the budgeting & forecasting process. Genuine opportunity to progress to Head of role quickly.

Examples of key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the FD with the forecasting model by adding more detail, increasing functionality and automation
  • Key role in the annual budgeting process, preparing templates and challenging stakeholders on figures and assumptions
  • Building and maintaining analytical tools
  • Ownership of FP&A policies, ensuring consistency as the business scales
  • Partnering closely with data analytics team to enhance reporting capabilities and new data sources
  • Providing analysis on financial reports, making recommendations to senior management
  • Working alongside the FC to produce monthly management accounts and quarterly board packs and commentary, sharpening the analysis and reporting each time
  • Ad-hoc, such as pricing strategy or commercial presentations to the Exec team


About you:
  • You'll be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
  • Very strong modelling skills, gained through review of complex models or building your own
  • Able to see the big picture and quickly identify issues and opportunities
  • Proactive and highly organised
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Tableau, Looker or other analytics platform is desirable but not essential
