We are currently working with a global, full service digital agency with a focus on creating outstanding human experiences. They deliver transformations for their clients, with a focus on creativity, strategy and data. They have won multiple awards for their work, as well as their outstanding culture.

They are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join their team and help to shape their digital products. The ideal person will be customer focused, and have a knack for analytical and data driven thinking, with the ability to work with stakeholders and customer across multiple levels of experience.

Your day to day responsibilities will include running workshops to gather requirements, as well as overseeing interviews. You will also functional requirements across the product lifecycle from end to end, and help to simplify requirements for the whole team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for resolving blockers relating to requirements, and providing proactive support to the client product owner while tracking decisions and questions that require further clarification. They will also be part of all agile ceremonies and stand-ups.

To apply for this role you will need experience within the digital industry - this doesn't necessarily have to be in the agency space, as they often hire people from consultancies, or client side digitally focused team.

The business work across transformations for their clients, who are often in the B2B space in industries such as finance, and telcos.

  • Experience in the digital industry, working as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience capturing and managing requirements across the full product lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of how to write and clarify user stories, and performing As-Is and To-Be process mapping.
  • Understanding of how to work on a cross-functional team, and how to follow agile processes.


The business currently requires one day in the office per week in London, with the ability to work remotely for the rest of the week.
