In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the Seating and Structures divisions of Arena EMEA
  • Develop and lead a bespoke marketing strategy that complements and furthers the central EMEA marketing and branding strategy
  • Liaise with key stakeholders on the new strategy and plans via regular team meetings and one to one planning sessions
  • Work closely with marketing colleagues in other divisions and support the central marketing department as required, champion brand compliance within your division
  • Website development: Improve and manage the company website, updating with relevant and engaging content
  • Track and monitor success: report on performance progress and impact, compiling a weekly report for stakeholders
  • Support the seating sales team with regularly updated promotional collateral, credentials and presentations
  • Provide RFP response support and coordination
  • Champion the use of the company CRM
  • Social media content creation, implementation and management across the digital platforms; such as Facebook and Instagram
  • Compile trade press releases
  • Identify key trade press and build relationships with relevant contacts

Person specifications:

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, and will have experience across key marketing disciplines, with a focus on direct marketing and social media.

Skills & Experience required:
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills in branding & marketing
  • A thorough knowledge of digital marketing, and internal and external communication
  • A practical understanding of visual communications, social media and the digital landscape, and how to incorporate these channels into the overall plan
  • Proven experience of development and implementation of new ideas and strategies
  • Proactive and hardworking - able to drive, lead, and implement the marketing & brand strategy for a large organisation
  • Excellent communication skills & manner, confident engaging with clients and representing the Company
  • Highly computer literate with strong PowerPoint skills a must, Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively, as well as independently
  • Highly organised and detail orientated
