The main focus of your role as a Social Media Creative will be to produce content which drives awareness and engagement with the Glorify brand across a range of social media platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok.
This is a fast paced role where you will need to be reactive to external trends and hot topics. You'll be part of regular ideation sessions with the wider marketing team to generate ideas for new content. In these meetings you'll also review the performance of past work, looking at various metrics.
We have lots of resources and support in place to help you understand our brand and design guidelines. You'll quickly begin posting your own content and collaborating with the wider team for larger campaigns.
You'll apply your design and copywriting skills to produce content which stands out and engages audiences across social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and perhaps even Pinterest.
We work with a range of influencers across various social media platforms, as you gain a deeper understanding of our business it's likely you will take on more responsibility in managing these relationships.
RequirementsFirst and foremost you will have a strong track record of producing content for a range of social media platforms.
Ideally this would be in a commercial environment, but if you have a strong portfolio of personal work we would be keen to see it too!
Your portfolio should demonstrate that you can produce engaging content that gains traction or even better virality across a range of formats and social media platforms.
You'll need to work quickly at times so we'll want to hear about some excellent work that you produced under pressure.
It's critical that you are up to date with the latest trends, best practice and innovations, we'll want to know how you do this in order to stay ahead.
Organisation is also critical in this role so we'll want to know how you organise your content, in both posting and production.
We are not looking for a designer but you should be comfortable producing content in tools like Photoshop, Figma or Canva not just in the apps themselves.
If you are not already familiar with Christian communities on social platforms we will want to hear about how you would get up to speed with the language, tone and content styles needed to gain their attention.
Finally we are looking for a creative person, who collaborates easily, is proactive and has outstanding communication skills.

We offer flexible, remote working so long as you are UK based and available to visit London at least once a month. Most staff spend 2 or 3 days per week in the office.
