This role is part of M3 Global Research (,a subsidiary of M3 Inc., which is a market-leader in healthcare market research. Fieldwork is powered by our proprietary panel of verified healthcare professionals, the world's largest, and a custom-built patient panel covering 130 conditions. About the Role:

The Patient Project Assistant develops and executes patient recruitment initiatives for M3 Global Research helthcare/pharmaceutical market research projects in Europe and UK, ensuring their successful delivery within agreed budgets and timelines.

  • Have an excellent understanding of patient recruitment methods and processes to ensure they are being appropriately applied to projects
  • Execute recruitment methods for patient projects (email campaigns, text messages, custom recruitment)
  • Proactively plan, design, and implement custom recruitment solutions for patient projects
  • Evaluate and analyse plan results and present recommendations to optimize future plans, making good usage of historical internal data
  • Attend internal calls with other departments for patient projects
  • Support the patient team in designing and planning marketing strategies for the retention and acquisition of patients to the panel
  • Onboard associations and support groups for partnerships
  • Use social media and online channels for project recruitment
  • Oversee all administrative tasks prior to qualitative interviews (scheduling, proof of condition, consent forms)

  • Fluent in English and Italian - additional languages such Spanish or German would be welcomed
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing and/or Market Research
  • Degree level or equivalent
  • Proficient at Excel
  • Enjoy working with and comfortable with large amounts of data
  • Organised and attentive to detail
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry preferably with an understanding of patient research and patient centricity
  • Be able to work as part of a team and show flexibility in the tasks you are allocated
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Strong time management skills, with a problem-solving, 'can do' approach and attitude
  • Experience in building long term relationships with potential and current panel members
  • Ability to manage priorities simultaneously and meet time sensitive deadlines
