Project Description

You'll be working in the Technology Operations Center (TOC) Investment Banking (IB) Execution Services global application support group that provides application support to the stakeholders across various IB Equity functions. You will be based on the Trading floor in London working very closely with the EQ Cash & FX Trading team . The team in London is would be responsible in ensuring the availability , stability of all Technology systems used for the Cash Trade flow that includes Client connectivity , Order Management Systems , Algo & Smart Order Router as well as connectivity to key exchanges in the EMEA ( LSE/ Euronext etc. )

Skill Requirements

  • Some experience working in a Corporate set-up
  • Shown strong affinity and Passion for Technology through your Projects / Internships etc.
  • Passion to learn and understand the Financial Industry - especially the US Capital Markets
  • Ability to articulate well ( verbally and in writing ) his/her projects including rational and thinking behind some of the problems one might have worked on
  • Zest to pick up and self-learn new technologies and business flows
  • Client-Service centered mindset
  • technically proficient in UNIX/LINUX, Shell Scripting, RDBMS, Autosys
  • Someone who thrives on interacting with people on a daily basis
  • familiar with ITIL processes
