We seek an eCommerce professional with a proven track record of at least 3 years in the art market or a closely related creative industry. The job, in short, is to take responsibility for growth in online art sales and online marketing. The winning candidate will use our existing platforms and analytical systems (Artlogic (easy to use and learn), Google Analytics, Instagram, LinkedIn, Artsy & more) while expanding into new online platforms that help us exhibit our artists using our company values of greater transparency, education, and exciting cultural experiences as principles. Neon Gallery is defined as a "Phygital gallery" as we use technology to bridge the physical world with the digital world and we believe in driving forward constant innovation. While both of these modes of exhibiting our artists are just as important as the other, the digital side is where this candidate will need to prove they have merit and that they can help grow our start-up.

The winning candidate will know how to use, grow and add value to the company using specific online metrics via Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CRM software, Social Media Analytics, and Artsy Analytics and more. The candidate will work closely with the directors and gallery manager to create and monitor company strategy that directly affects online performance and metrics and they will be fully accountable for growing those metrics.

We seek a professional who loves challenges and problem solving, has multiple eCommerce technical skills sets that add to the mission of growing online art sales and marketing. This person should be able to learn technical programmes quickly. We seek someone who can handle the trade-off of a flexible working environment with a results-based accountably model based on metrics - that is someone who can make targets, reach those targets consistently, be fully accountable to those targets, while working in different locations and environments when needed (we do not have a flagship or static gallery location - our exhibition spaces are chosen specifically for each show and art fairs are frequently in different countries). We seek someone who can work just as successful from home as they can in our gallery spaces. Neon Gallery strives for a diverse team of people with diverse skill sets and we focus on merit alone in recruiting both our artists and our team. We look forward to hearing from you.
