An exciting opportunity has arisen for 4 x Nursing Assistants (2 x 1.0WTE and 2 x 0.8WTE) to join UHA Discharge Lounge on a fixed term basis until March 2022.
Essentially you will possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills as well as being able to work effectively as part of a team.
Your focus will be to promote the usage of the Discharge Lounge particularly in the morning to assist with Patient Safety/ Patient flow and assisting wards with discharge planning, booking of transport and signposting to relevant external services.
There are 4 fixed term posts (2 x 37.5 hours and 2 x 30 hours) worked in a rotational shift pattern.
