A rewarding and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trusts and Foundations Manager to join the Major Partnerships Unit at Plan International UK. You will manage the day to day running of the trusts programme and team alongside managing high level trust relationships, both existing and prospective. You will be responsible for maximising donor engagement, satisfaction and value, ensuring a high level of customer service and account management with a view to securing six figure grants from trusts.

It's an exciting time to join Plan International UK as we deliver our ambitious new organisational and fundraising strategy. Over the next year our Major Partnerships Unit will generate more than £9million income from companies, trusts, foundations and major donors.

You will have proven experience of creating and managing relationships with and raising funds from trusts and foundations. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to build relationships, negotiate and persuade a wide range of audiences both internally and externally and be able to demonstrate experience of developing, motivating and managing staff. You will also have experience of anticipating future trends, analysing them and identifying new opportunities to maximise our trusts income.
