Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting an Interim Supply Manager to support an expanding organisation based in Birmingham on a 6 month contract. The role will be predominantly remote with occasional site visits required and covered by expenses.

The Role:
  • Manage a team of supply planners
  • Ensure supply plan is delivered and deliveries are completed in line with expectations of organisation
  • Liaise with relevant departments and ensure inbound deliveries are on time and in full
  • Escalate issues with stock to appropriate channels when required
  • Continuously review demand for present and future supply making changes to process when necessary
  • Work with stakeholders and manage expectations
  • Create streamlined and efficient processes to avoid last minute changes

The Person:
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Experience of data-driven decision making
  • Analytical with good time management
  • Experience with ERP systems
