Support Analyst required by a leading organisation within the financial sector. The Support Analyst will have the ability to support end users on both 1st and 2nd line levels and will be experienced in the support of hardware and software, Active Directory, Cisco voice solutions, Exchange and MS products within a professional environment.
Day to day, the Support Analyst will be to maintain and monitor the IT infrastructure including operating systems, security, network, server, desktops and applications. They will work within a service desk environment and ensure that all tickets are logged, resolved and escalated efficiently as well as supporting 85 end users internally.
Relevant skills and experience:
- Experienced in hardware and software deployment and configuration
- Familiar with supporting a professional environment at service desk level using JIRA would be beneficial
- Able to support Windows, AD, Exchange, MS products, Cisco, Mimecast as well as network and server issues
- Exceptional communication skills and able to support VIP members of staff in an appropriate manner
