We have a fantastic opportunity for an Engineer to join a globally recognised brand who specialise in the provision of robotic camera systems predominantly (but not exclusively) to the broadcast industry. Reporting to the Customer Support Manager you will work in a small support team who are responsible for the repair, servicing and installation of the company's products both remotely and on customer sites.
To be considered, you will have experience of working with sophisticated electro-mechanical systems and enjoy engaging with customers from around the globe. The role requires participation in system testing and acceptance prior to system installation and commissioning; as well as identifying faults for occasional repairs on returns, and providing telephone and email support to clients. You must demonstrate a a high level of technical competence covering mechanical, electronic and software configuration skills. Broadcast industry experience is not essential although advantageous.
This opportunity will be based in the company London headquarters, with international travel to client sites in worldwide destinations within the UK, Europe, APAC and North America when required.
