Looking to recruit a Senior Level Executive Assistant to CEO for a Private Equity firm based in the City for a candidate that is comfortable with supporting a CEO and has worked in Financial Services, preferable Private Equity.
The client are a well established Private Equity firm that are looking for a senior level Executive Assistant to support on a 1:1 level in a busy and varied role. Must have experience working up to C-Suite, in Finance and Board level work (scheduling, packs, presentations and KPI's). This role is working very closely with the CEO, giving you first hand experience with of the operational elements.
The key responsibilities for this Senior Level Executive Assistant will encompass all of the transitional EA duties with travel and full diary management but will also include:
- Board Packs, presentations and schedules
- Supporting committees
- Diary Management
- Events - roadshows and round tables
The successful candidate for the Executive Assistant must have extensive experience in a similar role supporting at C-Suite level, ideally with CEO 1:1 support. They also will need:
- Immediately Available
- Experienced in the Financial Services sector - Private Equity, Wealth Management, Investment Banking etc.
- Supported at CEO or C-Suite Level
- Hungry for a challenge and looking for more than a 9-5
