Our client is a £multimillion manufacturer and distributor, the leading player within its sector. A marketing-led company, it currently has both a consumer and business to business proposition. As part of it's expansion strategy they are now seeking an all-round Marketing Manager to strengthen their commercial marketing team.
A key position, this role is responsible for the successful creation and delivery of all-channel marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing and implementing the UK marketing plan, in line with strategy as directed by the senior management team, to deliver ambitious sales growth.
With a strong focus on campaign management, the position is responsible for executing activities focused on customer acquisition, retention and re-activation - offline and online. You will deliver campaigns at pace, identifying, creating and delivering them for print, email, search and social along with all supporting digital collateral. You will also work with colleagues across the business to review and develop new customer contact initiatives.
The role also has specific responsibility to maximise the opportunities that digital offers. Your remit will encompass implementing and continually improving the search marketing tactics across SEM, PPC and SEO to drive traffic and conversion.
You will also ensure the planning, management and execution of all marketing communications is on deadline and to a high standard. Includes responsibility for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activity and proposing recommendations for change and improvement. With a medium sized marketing team reporting in, Measure and report on the performance of all direct marketing campaigns, against key marketing KPIs - identifying what's worked, key trends and opportunities for new customer growth.
To apply, you will have already gained good experience within marketing, ideally within a B2B environment. You will have proven experience of executing successful digital campaigns and improvements and demonstrable experience in achieving growth across customers acquisition and retention. Mature, down to earth, with good leadership ability, you will be customer focused and possess an abundance of energy.
