£22,000 - £28,000


My client is looking for a technically skilled Service Desk Engineer based out of their office in Horsham, the role will be to support internal staff with 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support.

The Service Desk Engineer will need to have experience working within a technical environment but this is also a great learning opportunity for anyone wanting to grow withing a role that has a variety of troubleshooting and fixes required on a day to day basis.

My clients Service Desk Engineer will need to be experienced in the following:
  • Working experience with Windows10 systems
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices
  • Active Directory experience
  • Administration experience with Office365
  • Experience with Ticketing System (i.e. Jira)
  • High level communication
