This UX Manager position will be mainly remote based with 1 office day a week in the Midlands office when needed. The role may move to 2 days a week in the office in the future however with this being a hybrid role flexibility will always be granted to work from home for the majority of the week.
As the UX Manager you will be obsessed with customer experience and the customer journey online. It will be your job to be the analytical thinker and the problem solver internally. You will work within the online mechanisms for one of the biggest retail groups in the UK. The online offering is multi-faceted and every changing so you will need to have a keen eye for innovative solutions.
You will help shape the testing programme and the development strategy to optimise the company group website. You will be looking at the end-to-end journey for the consumer with the aim of making this as effective and as smooth as possible.
UX Manager - Skills/ Experience:
- Customer journey design experience
- A/B and MVT testing
- UX research/ design/ management experience
- Excellent story-telling/ communication skills
- Passion for UX
- Ability to persuade and inspire
