We are looking to recruit Support workers to work at one of our clients care homes in the Helston area to support adults who have learning disabilities and high-functioning autism. You will need to be committed to providing high quality care and have strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards our clients, be a team player and able to work using your own initiative. You will need to be compassionate and have a genuine interest in the well-being of vulnerable people.
Various shifts available
08:00 - 16:00/17:00
16:00 - 22:00
15:00 - 20:00
Night shifts are also available from 22:00 - 08:00
Essentially you will need: • Some experience working within the healthcare sector • Manual handling and Safeguarding training with evidence of certificates (Can be provided)
• Enhanced DBS check (Preferable - we can process) • Full UK Driver's license and own transport (Preferable)
Pay rates will vary from £10.00 - £12.00 an hour depending on shift patterns. This is a temporary on-going role (could end up being permanent for the right candidate)
