Software Developer / Polyglot (C# Python C++ Unit Testing). Exciting opportunity for a Software Developer / Polyglot to take on a challenging role within a well-established, multi-disciplinary engineering team. You'll be working in a highly collaborative environment within a company that provides perks such as an on-site restaurant and gym, private medical care, shares incentive plan and amazing celebrations and parties.

As a Software Developer / Polyglot you'll be a key point of contact for new software requirements and will work to enhance existing systems whilst providing some architectural advice and guidance. You'll be joining one of two teams; the Applied Technologies team who apply the company's own technology to other industries or a core team who support the performance simulation suite for racing cars.

You'll be based in the Northamptonshire area (easily commutable from Oxford, Reading and Milton Keynes) with plenty of parking available. This is an excellent chance for you to showcase your technical ability within a fast paced, challenging and highly rewarding environment.

*A Polyglot / Language Agnostic who has experience using a range of technologies such as C#, Python and C++
*Degree educated in Computer Science or similar
*Good knowledge of unit testing, TDD, CI/CD and pair programming
*Experience working across the full development lifecycle
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
