Supporting challenging behaviour

Do you have experience of working with children who have challenging behaviour? Do you have experience working in Children's Residential homes?

We are looking for people who have experience supporting challenging behaviour whether in a school setting or a residential setting. If you have a background in social care and are looking for a new career path then maybe Teaching Assistant is the one for you.

This Teaching Assistant job will see you working closely with a Year 5 pupil in a North Liverpool Primary School. This pupil has an ASD diagnosis and exhibits challenging behaviour. This pupil can lash out at staff members.

This is a term time position five days a week and will be considered for a permanent contract towards the summer of 2022.

To be successful in this position you must have the following:
  • Experience working with children in the last two years
  • Reference details for your most recent employers.
  • Availability between the hours of 08:30 - 3:30


You will be paid competitive rates of pay between £70 - £80 per day for this position. You will earn holiday accrual and ongoing CPD training.
