Our client are a well known fast paced fashion retailer are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join them in a regional role.
The role is a true Business Partner role and will very focused on shaping the retail strategy, supporting decision making, looking at succession and talent pipelines and generally adding value to the business.
The role requires an experienced HR Business Partner who is used to working in an incredibly fast pace and has previous retail experience. You will be partnering closely with the Head of Retail and Regional Managers.
The ideal candidate should be commercial and passionate about effecting positive change and thrive in a fast paced, multi-site environment.
