Head of Marketing
Elevation Recruitment are excited to be the Exclusive Retained Partner to ITW Fluids Europe in the recruitment of a new Head of Marketing.
They have been on an exciting journey executing a strategy centred squarely on their commitment to leveraging the differentiated performance capabilities of the ITW Business Model to full potential across the company. Through the execution of this strategy, their aim is to position the company to deliver top-tier industrial sector performance over any five-year period regardless of the environment.
As part of ITW Fluids Europe transformation and to fulfil its ambitions to drive for bold organic growth, the decision has been made to appoint a new Head of Marketing & Communications for the Fluids Division.
The current team is small and also geographically disperse in the UK, France and Germany & UK Agency Support. The Head of Marketing & Communications will be expected to deliver both the day-to-day performance / requirements of the marketing team; but also look at longer term strategy & planning.
This will include a multichannel approach across all channels online and offline with a focus on the below key areas:
*Emphasis on creating a data-driven, performance marketing culture to demonstrate the value of Marketing in driving the company's growth agenda
*Emphasis on the transformation from traditional marketing to demand generation marketing, designing and executing strategies to establish Marketing as a reliable source of high-quality, qualified leads to the Sales organisation
*Emphasis on digital marketing expertise and leveraging skills and experience to introduce greater marketing effectiveness and business impact
*Emphasis on leadership qualities and ability to act as a change agent for the business with strong commercial skills owning the P&L / budget responsibilities
Skills and Experience:
*International marketing experience, able to drive activity, be able to influence and work collaboratively across geographical boundaries with a culturally diverse team
*BA/BS degree (MBA a plus) in marketing with significant international marketing experience within an industrial/ B2B business
*Experience in data-driven, performance marketing centred around demand generation and delivering high-quality, qualified leads into the sales funnel
*Strong business and financial acumen and understanding of overall business objectives with a proven track record of delivering sustainable and profitable growth
*Extensive generalist marketing experience, with an excellent mix of strategic and operational experience combined with a metrics-driven approach to marketing management
*Strategic marketing leader with a strong, in-depth knowledge of Inbound and Outbound B2B marketing principles and marketing automation to drive organic growth
*Proficiency in using CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot CRM) and marketing automation (e.g. Marketo, Hubspot) systems
