Your new school
An SEN school in Swindon are looking to hire a Teacher of Creative Arts and Humanities to start as soon as possible. The school cater for 11-19 year old's with Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Social Communication Interaction Difficulties (SCID). The school itself is under 5 years old and was purpose-built, meaning it has a fresh and bespoke feel which leads to a really positive working environment.
Your new role
Your role will be to plan, deliver and evaluate Humanities and Creative Arts lessons across the School. You will deliver good quality teaching and learning, contribute to the development and implementation of the Humanities and/or Creative Arts curriculum, and to promote new teaching & learning initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), have experience of teaching or working in an SEND setting or with SEND students in a mainstream setting, and be passionate about Teaching Creative Arts and Humanities.
