Our client, a FTSE 250 company is looking for a Change Manager to establish and deliver the change strategy and plan across their major restructuring transformation programme.

The Programme Director described the role as:

"A critical role in our growth portfolio, initially leading change activities within the restructuring programme before moving onto leading change activities across the new Target Operating Model to support these growth plans. You will establish a change, training and communications approach to our impacted stakeholders, particularly in relation to role changes. You must have experience working alongside HR stakeholders conducting the consultations to successfully deliver the change, communications and training frameworks across a large scale programme."

Reporting to the Programme Director, your key responsibilities will include: -
  • Develop and own a change management plan that details key change activities, deliverables and outputs through the transformation delivery lifecycle
  • Embed a comprehensive governance structure for managing the portfolio of change
  • Establish and oversee a 'Change Network' across the business to embed and pilot new ways of working amongst both business services employees and front-office
  • Define change impact scope and co-ordinate the deployment of appropriate change interventions

To successfully in this role you will need to have:
  • Experience leading the change management approach and its execution across restructuring transformation programmes, involving consultations
  • Experience creating the Change Management strategy and plans for large-scale organisations
  • Qualified change practitioner, with a Change Management qualification such as PROSCI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate at all levels within the organisation

The client is offering this role on an Inside IR35 day rate basis, and so candidates are required to work via an Umbrella company. The role will be based remotely, with some travel to their London (approx. 1 day every two weeks).
