Manages the delivery of IT projects, planning and coordinating the development and implementation of both operational IT initiatives and IT continuous improvement programmes across the organisation.

Main accountabilities: List in order of priority, the major activities, or functions necessary to
achieve the job's end results.
1 To manage the implementation of all IT projects using an appropriate project management methodology.
2 Liaises with IT service users, senior staff and internal/external clients to clarify IT requirements and development appropriate, sustainable solutions which support the delivery of the Via business plan.
3 Work collaboratively with the IT Service Delivery Manager to ensure that the output of all IT projects is transitioned seamlessly into the operational IT service delivery provision.
4 Lead a small team of IT experts to support the delivery of IT projects on time, to budget and in accordance with agreed KPI's.
5 Manage project plans, budgets and timescales in accordance with agreed KPI's, monitoring performance against these throughout the project lifecycle.

1 Previous experience of delivering IT software and infrastructure projects.
2 Previous experience of working within an IT operational environment
3 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
4 Ability to understand business needs and convert them into appropriate and sustainable IT solutions.
5 Previous experience of working to project KPI's across cost, time and quality
A salary of £45,000 plus company benefits.
