You will have the opportunity to work with huge brands, using data and technology to reach people at the right time with the right message to maximise sales and customer experience. You will build and design effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SMS, email, in app and Web push. As a Campaign Manager you will deliver great customer experience through CRM, loyalty and direct acquisition programmes.

The role
  • Working with huge brands to understand their strategy and design solutions that deliver commercial results and customer experience
  • Work closely with their clients to understand their business and marketing objectives and connect this to their data and technology
  • Create and deliver customer marketing campaigns including new customer acquisition, activation and retention and reactivation programmes
  • Optimising client systems to ensure optimal performance while executing campaigns
  • Segment and select customers or prospects to enable delivery of tailored and relevant marketing messages to customers

The experience
  • Knowledge of Marketing Clouds like Salesforce, Adobe and Braze
  • Email Service Providers and point solutions like Cheetah, Emarsys, Dotdigital or MailChimp
  • Data-driven and comfortable with reporting and analytics as the campaigns you will be running will have a measurable impact on our client's businesses
  • A background in multi-channel campaign execution

The benefits

The successful Campaign Manager will receive up to £50,000 per annum as well as a generous benefits package.
