An opportunity has arisen for a friendly, reliable individuals to take on the role of Clinical Support Secretary to the Community Mental Health Teams across Fife,
The Support Secretary will be responsible for delivering a robust and efficient administration support to the Nursing and Medical members of the locality Community Mental Health Team and to clinical staff engaged in the Care Programme Approach Service.
The post holder will support the wider Administration Team ensuring delivery of essential digital services for patient contacts including NHS Near Me and Community Mental Health Team Duty Systems. The post holder will also be required, on occasion, to provide a reception service in the Day Hospitals.
Candidates should be educated to equivalent of Standard Grade or have relevant experience. Good communication, excellent organisation, numerical and listening skills are essential. You will also have the ability to work as a member of a team or on your own initiative with minimal supervision. You must be computer literate, excellent typing skills and previous secretarial experience is essential, including audio typing/digital dictation. Knowledge and experience of Patient Administration Systems would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.
The post holder will be required, often at short notice, to travel to other sites from Cupar to Dunfermline to support the wider CMHT sectors across Fife
Flexibility to provide cover holiday/illness may be required.
