Working with our Group IT Manager this role will provide comprehensive support in designing and maintaining business intelligence solutions, while supporting the wider groups reporting and IT Support requirements.

The role involves:
  • Responsibility for developing, deploying, and maintaining Management Information interfaces - including query tools, data visualisation and interactive dashboards using PowerBI (essential) and IFS Business Reporter (advantageous)
  • Production of technical / financial / business KPIs
  • Assisting with the management of 3rd party service providers
  • Assisting with the adoption and development of the company's new ERP system
  • Assisting and providing management information on a regular and ad-hoc basis
  • Other ad hoc duties as required by the Group IT Manager

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Knowledge of MS Power BI and SQL is essential
  • Strong knowledge in all aspects of Microsoft O365 (Advanced Excel essential)
  • 2 years' experience in a similar role is desirable, involving producing accurate and meaningful reports in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with other employees and build relationships at all levels
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise, meet deadlines, and stay calm in a busy environment
  • The desire to show initiative and work on your own to produce results
