An exciting career development opportunity has arisen for individuals to join our team, on either a full time or part time basis, to provide advice, support and facilitation to staff across NHS Tayside to improve the quality and safety of services.
Supporting key Patient Safety, Clinical Governance and Risk Management activities, you will work closely with a range of staff within NHS Tayside including Acute Services and Health and Social Care Partnerships and be involved in a variety of projects to meet national, regional and local priorities.
The successful applicants should have a sound knowledge of Patient Safety, Clinical Governance and Risk Management, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a proven ability to implement change to systems and processes. Experience of quality improvement and facilitation techniques are desirable.
The post does require travel across NHS Tayside.
Your performance must comply with the national Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009 and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
Internal - Written approval must be sought from your line manager prior to applying for this secondment. You will be required to bring this if shortlisted for interview.
Hours of work are 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, however alternative working hours will be considered.
