Base will be Phoenix Centre, Inverness, however consideration can be given to clinicians based within the localities of Caithness/Sutherland, Lochaber, and Skye and Lochalsh.
The NHS Highland Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services are recruiting for the above post, to support exciting developments within our team.
The postholder will require experience of working with Children, Young People and their families/ carers with post-registration experience in an appropriate mental health field. Core professional training to degree level or equivalent will be required e.g. Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, Medicine, AHP, and Psychology. We will consider applicants from a range of professional training backgrounds who meet the person specification.
The post will require the post holder to work within a Tier 3/4 CAMH Service to offer a therapeutic service to children, young people and their families, who may have complex emotional, behavioural and social difficulties as well as acute mental health disorders.
